Return Policy

We gladly accept returns. It is our intention to leave you with a feeling of complete satisfaction.

If the item is defective upon devilry please contact us with pictures and we will have another item on its way to you.


  • We accept returns within 2 weeks from the items date of delivery.
  • The customer must pay for the return shipping charge.


Our Return policy excludes any custom made or custom engraved items, however we strive to delivery the highest quality. If there is a problem with any of your custom pieces please contact us and we will help.


If the customer meets the above criteria and the item is in the same condition when returned as it was delivered we will fully reimburse the purchase amount minus any shipping charges.
